Vintage painting of boats and life on the bank of the Saigon river in Cholon, Hochi Minh, Vietnam. Rich shades of green and blue prevail with vibrant, color block pops of red, pink, yellow, blue and shadows in a deep espresso brown. Painted in an impressionistic style with acrylic paint. 
Handwritten, faded address on back reveals exact provence and artists signature on front appears to match that on the back. Painting is on a thin, fabric canvas adhered to a wooden frame with nails. A simple cotton string is tacked across back for hanging. 
 
Good vintage condition, as found. There are two small rips along the left edge of the canvas about 1/4" and 1" long, which have been reinforced with duct tape on the back, visible in last photo. The canvas is a bit loose and could use a restretching at some point.
